• the product has no signs of exploitation;

 

Instructions for sending products of PJSC “Vinnitsa factory “Mayak”” to the service center of the manufacturer:

1. Warranty service for products manufactured by PJSC “VINNYTSIA FACTORY “MAYAK”is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the“ Manufacturer’s Warranties ”clause of the Operation Manual for this product.

2. In the absence of a service center in your city, it is necessary to send the non-working product by the Novaya Pochta trucking company to branch No. 23 in Vinnitsa, the recipient is PJSC “VINNYTSIA FACTORY “MAYAK”” (EDRPOU code 14307771), Service is at the expense of the recipient – Non-cash. Payment is made only for the service “WAREHOUSE-WAREHOUSE”.

3. Before sending the product, it is necessary to wipe it from dirt and dust. Put in a packing box (in the absence of the original packaging, pack it in another to protect against mechanical damage). Contaminated products are not subject to warranty service and will be returned (without service) to the SENDER at its expense.

4. The following documents must be attached to the package together with the product:

– The operation manual with the mark of the TRADE NETWORK upon the sale of the product, a tear-off coupon for warranty repairs.
– a statement (in free form) about the reasons for sending the product for repair, with the provision of contacts for feedback.
