HEATING RADIATORS WITH A COPPER-ALUMINIUM HEAT EXCHANGER

Radiators for heating «Термія» belong to the modern class of the heating devices which are designed for application in buildings  systems of central and individual heating with the heat carrier forced circulation.

The distinctive feature of the heating radiators  «Термія» is intensive heating of the room due to the devices special design. High degree of efficiency of the devices is achieved by heat transfer efficiency of the devices is achieved by heat transfer into the environment by natural convection (90% of heat flow) and by radiation (10% of heat flow). Owing to the heat carrier exceptionally small volume the heating radiators have degree of efficiency; effective system of heat transfer from the heat to air allows to save to 20% of energy and to carry out temperature precise and dynamic regulation in the room. Application of the heat removing aluminium bars of special shape made it possible to reduce to minimum heat loss for heating the surfaces behind the radiator.

Note: * - rater heat flow which is determined at the heat carrier consumption 0,1 kg/s at its movement «from top to bottom», at  air atmospheric pressure 1013,3 gPa (760 mm mercury column and at the thermal head 70° C. Thermall head - it is the differen ce betwen the heat carrier arerage temperature in the convektor and the air temperature in the room.

Heating radiators are chosen according to the generally accepted building codes and regulations, design techniques of the heating systems using the values of the flow (heat rate).

Heating radiators of the PH type are equipped with a built – in heat flow regulator with the range of …….. not less than 50% from the rated. A separate order comes complete with heat flow automatic regulator of the Danfoss company.

Heating radiators «Термія» are compatible with steel (transient elements), copper, plastic and metaloplastic pipe-line systems well as with any types of heat carriers – steam 

water low – freezing  liquids for the heating systems (compatible with copper), oil-heat carrier. To release air from the heating system the radiators  are equipped with a manual air release valves. 

 

High quality of the design and careful control at all the stages of production allow  to guarantee the radiators stable operation in the heating systems with the working pressure of the heat carrier up to 1,6 MPa (test pressure makes 2,4 MPa). The radiators equipped with built –in thermal valvels are fit for operation in the heating systems with the working pressure up to 1 MPa (the best pressure – 1,5 MPa).

 

Heating radiators are painted by high-qualify powder fusible enamels which ensure corrosion, mechanical and color stability, they are hygienically innocuous. White color according to the album of standard shapes of colour RAL – white (RAL 9016) or any other under the order.

 

 

The radiators small weight allows their installation on any wall (including on the gypsum board). They are easily mounted and dismounted – they, are connected without any special technologies, without any special tools and without removing the protective, package – they keep up their appearance to the and of finishing work in the room, they do not need any painting after their mounting.

Well thought out design solutions, modern design, wide range (over 200 models and modifications), which can satisfy any demands of the consumers, enables the heating radiators «Термія» to decorate any the most refined interior. They are comfortable in use, ecologically dean, quick- operating, quiet and economical sources of heat.

 

Radiators with the heat carrier lower supply (PH) use thermal valves and thermostatic head of the Denish company Danfoss. The thermostatic read had features maximum response in its class of devices by use of unique technology of the build-in thermo-sensitive sensor filling in.

Application of the thermostatic heads  «Danfoss» in the heating system ensures air temperature automatic  regulation in the room. Temperature controllers respond to air temperature changes in the room and in accord with this they increase or decrease hot water flow trough the heating devices . Application of the temperature controllers makes if possible to reduce to 20% money expenditures for heating. The temperature controllers service life is over 20 years. 

Radiators guarantee period of operation – 10 years .
